- Measure (data's gathering, performance, measure system, process capacity)
- Basic statistics (histogram & normal distribution)
- Analyse (causes, VSM, graphic analysis, AMDEC, ...)
- Improve (solution development, idea generation, pilot project)
- Control(control plan, project documentation, project closing)
- Project certification(personnal project)
Final skills
- Initiate and launch improvement processes
- Support black belts in large scale projects
- Improve process with DMAIC method
- Apply L6S tools on your own processes
